DELIVERY

Standard UK Delivery: Our aim is to package and send out your order within 3-5 working days, but will always endeavour to send it out sooner. 

We are a small business and make and package all our products by hand. At certain times it may take us longer to send out your order.

Packages are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hours. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24-48 hours, although at busy times (i.e. Christmas) this may take longer.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

Missing Shipments

If you have not received your package within 7 days of shipping, please contact us at hello@therestorativecandlecompany.co.uk so we can look into this.

If the parcel is delivered to the incorrect address due to a mistake in the address provided by the customer, a refund or a replacement will not be provided. If a parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail, an additional £5 charge will be charged for the re-delivery.
